Job Description
GHR Education is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Ann Arbor, MI for an ASAP start!
Join the team at an Ann Arbor High School and provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral support to a female high school student. We are seeking a confident, experienced RBT who can provide consistent, structured behavioral support throughout the school day.
Position Details:
- Pay: $26/hr W2
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Pioneer High School – Ann Arbor, MI
- Setting: High School
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–3:00 PM
- Hours: 7 paid hours per day | 35 hours per week
- Student Population: 1:1 support for a female high school student
- Weekly Pay
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision & 401(k)
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification required
- Must have completed all requirements to become a fully certified RBT
- Strong behavioral management and intervention skills
- Comfortable providing 1:1 support to a high school student
- School-based experience or experience supporting students with behavioral needs preferred
- Reliable, patient, and confident working independently
